Встретила в сообществе по Мононоке (в качестве претендентки на встречу с Аптекарем):

Kuchisake Onna is this beautiful woman with flowing black hair and a surgical mask completely covering the lower half of her face. She encounters people who are alone or lures them into some lonely area (via taking a taxi cab or luring a drunk business man into an alley) and asks them: "Do you think I am pretty?" Of course, the victim will say: "Yes" and she will proceed to lower the mask and reveal her horribly disfigured face. From ear to ear, through her mouth, her face is split and bloody. She then pulls out a sickle/some other long, cutting implement and attempts to cut her victims face to match her own.
